Ambar is a dedicated and compassionate social worker with over 15 years of experience working with individuals, adolescents, and families. She has developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals and families in need of support. Throughout her career, Ambar has worked in various settings, including hospitals, hospice, state agencies, and non-profit organizations, providing a wide range of services such as case management, crisis intervention, and therapy. Most recently, she has been working in the mental health setting, practicing therapy with individuals and families dealing with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and personal life challenges. Ambar uses a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and a strengths-based approach, focusing on clients’ inherent strengths and resources to help them overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
